Curious as to what payment methods you can use while shopping at Baby Plus? We offer a wide choice of payment! Baby Plus directs all payment methods via payment service provider PAY. Via the secured PAY platform you can use various payment methods. All prices on Baby Plus’ website include 21% VAT.

What are the payment methods?

Pay online with iDeal, Visa/Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Bancontact, MyBank, Eps-Überweisung, Giropay, Przelwy 24, Bank transfer, Pay Later (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Finland), Pay Now (Germany and Austria) and Financing (Germany and Austria) via Klarna.

Do you accept gift cards?

Baby Plus accepts the Babycadeaubon and our own Baby Plus Gift Card.

Babycadeaubon

The Babycadeaubon can be used in our store and on the webshop and is found in the checkout payment options. Pay (part) of your order with the Babycadeaubon. You can spend a maximum of €50 per transaction. This gift card is part of the Fashioncheque. Does the amount on your Babycadeaubon not cover your full order amount? Then start your payment with the Babycadeaubon. You can then pay the remaining amount with another payment method. Keep your Babycadeaubon safe. In the event of a return within 14 days from the initial payment, the amount will be refunded to the gift card so that you can use it again.

Baby Plus Gift Card

It’s only possible to pay with a Baby Plus Gift Card. The gift card is accepted as payment method in the following cases:

• As payment method in the store in Haarlem.
• As payment method when picking up an online order in our warehouse in Zwaag. When placing your order, indicate that you want to pay with a gift card when picking up your order in Zwaag.

Does Baby Plus have a secure payment environment?

Yes, Baby Plus uses the secure payment platform PAY. This payment platform uses an SSL connection that ensures that all data between the web server and browser can’t be stolen.

What should I do when my payment failed?

Please contact our customer service. Have you chosen to pay via Klarna? In that case please contact Klarna directly. They can check why the payment is unsuccessful.

Where can I find the invoice?

Once the order is completed, you’ll receive an e-mail with a status update of your order and the invoice.
